[sdiy] avrsyn 2007.12.22 released

I have released a new version of my avrsyn code (2007.12.22).

The code now supports frequency modulation and noise oscillator
modes.

A new internal change is the use of a full table of phase
increments for all MIDI note numbers instead of just a single
octave. This change should allow some different tunings in the
future and also happens to be faster.

I removed the delay line -- it didn´t sound very good and I
ran out of cycles to improve it. I also removed some subroutines
that are no longer used.
