Why do you need to go so high? You could get 15625 by dividing a 1MHz  
crystal by 64. In fact, this frequency is half the MIDI baud rate, so  
pretty much anything that can generate a clock for a MIDI signal  
would be suitable. Lots of people use 500KHz oscs for this too.
Do you need both division ratios to be powers of two?
