[sdiy] MAM sq16 manual

I normally wouldn't post requests like this but I'm totally stuck. I 
recently bought a MAM SQ16 sequncer but the manual is in german and my 
german is still pretty sloppy. The english manual is available as a pdf and 
I thought it would be no problem finding it, I was wrong! The MAM page has 
been down for a year and for 2 days I have been looking for the file 
formally available here:

Internet archive has the pages at various times but not the files and I'm 
starting to literally go mad looking for this thing.Any chance someone has 
this file? If I do get hold of it I'll find somewhere to host so this 
doesn't happen to someone else, its most frustrating.
