I'm told it makes a dandy filter when smoking your crack thru a glass stem.
This is why inner-city convenience stores sometimes stock inexplicable
quantities of Chore Boy
and little silk roses packaged in glass tubes.

I have no personal experience in this department, but that's what I
have gathered...

Meanwhile I am soldering away on a modified x0xb0x tonight, and my
trusty old Weller pencil tip has snapped clean off.
Only the last 16th of an inch is missing, so it is still functional,
just blunt and kind of scratchy at the end.
On the positive side, the fatter tip delivers more heat to the work...
but I should probably replace it before it wears down to a nub. :)
