[sdiy] Precision rail to rail op amp suggestion?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a precision (low offset) rail to rail op
amp that operates off a single supply?  I need to get very close, say 1 mV
or better, to zero volts from a single supply.  An LT1013 has 12 mV of
offset lightly loaded, and higher loading takes down the accuracy of the
full voltage swing.
