In all seriousness, I have a large number of frac modules, and I've  
not had a problem with them. I'm all too familiar with all of the  
issues folks bring up over smaller, less robust jacks, closer knob  
spacing, etc, etc. I have nothing against other formats, and actually  
own a significant Modcan/Cynthia system with banana jacks. It's just  
that in real-world studio use, I've never encountered a single  
problem with 1/8" jacks or anything specific to the frac format.
