I'd have thought this was quite likely.
Chipforbrains has done a run of Pro-One knobs already, and has a full  
set of 28 on ebay currently. These work out at $1.75 each, which  
isn't bad.
If a few people want them, you should all get together and send him a  
request. I'm sure he'd consider it if he knew there was a market.
