To put things into perspective :

When I was a kid, not _that_ long ago, a US dollar was worth
around 5 francs. Then, something happened and the USD gradually
went up and up, finally coming close to 10 francs.

Today, a USD is worth 0.68 x 6.56 = 4.46 FRF. So from where I
stand, things have simply returned to normal.

Don't know if that makes you feel better, but there you have it.

Back to the topic at hand, I was hoping to hear from Joe but
haven't. Did I miss something ?
