[sdiy] Source for original Prophet 5 knobs ?

I thought of doing a run of the caps at least a while back.  Everybody 
is running out of them and they go for 15 bucks a piece when they do 
show up anywhere it seems.  I have one each left for repairs here.  
There are cheaper knobs that would work if they had the metal caps of 
course.  Though those are probably getting short supply too.  I have a 
good machine shop here that could make them I'm sure.  I just don't want 
a bunch of stock without orders. -Bob
