[sdiy] Source for original Prophet 5 knobs ?

I'd like to replace the ones in mine, but dealers ask
for crazy prices for knobs that the original makers
probably sells for 1$ each... Does anyone here know
the original manufacturer so I might be able to
contact them ?

If not, I'd love to buy either a complete set if
anyone here has any for sale, or at least two black
knobs which I'm missing...
