[sdiy] Jupiter 8 - all leds blink together....

Quite strange - 

I let it boot like that (all leds flash).
All functions work OK, excpet for the Tune function,
which again lets the leds run twice and ends up with
all leds flashing. A problem with the Tune ciruit? 

BTW, +5, +15 and -15 voltages are ok, battery is full,
synth is so mint - it looks like no one ever serviced
it !
