[sdiy] tb303 tuning / tracking

I have a 303 here that im having problems with...

The keyboard scaling is set correctly, the voltages (cv out) are as they should be (volt/oct) but the tuning is out to the extent 
that tuning to c, and then playing the next c up actually gives pretty much c#.

TM4 (tune) and TM5 (width) should allow me to sort this out, but im having no sucess.  My next suspician was q26, but thats not to 
blame (i swapped it out with a known good unit)

So, yep, thats as far as ive got...

Any suggestions?
