[sdiy] AVR-X Complete

I finished up my AVRX synth this weekend.  I am actually suprised this
is not a more popular DIY synth projects.  It has a lot of really interesting
stuff going on: DSP uP code, D/A control of analog circuits, relays for
analog signal switching, LCD control, etc.

For all those that offered great help for debugging my VCA, I am sorry,
but I cheated my way out of this.  I wired in a Doepfer VCA becuase I could
just not get the one on the AVRX to work.  Oh well, it sounds really good,
and I just had to get this project finished up.
