The point is - risk assessment. A path directly through the heart can be
lethal at microamp currents - but getting the current there, (like a needle
probe), could probably kill you just as well.

450 Volt from a 5mA source through a finger tip is not the same.

I don't notice a particular blip in the death statistics for TV technicians,
where 25KV shocks are an occupational hazard. 440V across both hands from a
3 phase (UK) supply will drop you in need of CPR. Learning the difference is
crucial.

You learn the safety procedures, you assess the risks, and you take your own
responsibility for working on the stuff.

I figure anyone capable of designing and building a 450 volt inverter supply
might already have done this
