[sdiy] cutting pc boards

Yeah, I was thinking about those lever style paper cutters - I have one here
- they won't do at all.
I also have a bandsaw form somewhere - the standard tabletop kind - and I've
had a go with that, but it wasn't pleasant at all.
I wouldn't care to saw up a populated SMT board with it, I can tell you!

Scraping away with some kind of blade or scriber - no matter how long it
takes - is the only method safe for both the board & yourself, so far as I
can see.
