I've added a second MP3 at:

http://www.fpga.synth.net/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=FPGASynth.DigitalWaveguide

I changed the way pickup position is controlled. The old version had a
static position from the mod wheel that applied to all strings regardless
of their length resulting in the sound of the first MP3. The new code
allows 8 selectable configurations, some with more keyboard follow, some
with less, some on the treble side, some on the bass side. I picked one in
the middle and did the second MP3. My opinion so far is that having the
pickup position follow the keyboard (actually follow waveguide length)
seems to extend the range of pitches that sound like strings. They still
become bells at the very top of the instrument's range.

The new code also includes the old way of setting pickup position.
