[sdiy] Cutting PCBs

Google "pcb depaneling" turns up many options:

1. router
2. laser
3. "singulation press" - customized die set in hydraulic press acts as a
shear
4. board is pre-scored before assembly, then knife is used

I didn't find any water jets, but see no reason why that isn't
a perfectly good option as well.

I'm kind of amazed how long this thread has gone on...

For the OP, I'd use the clamp the board with a metal straight edge,
multi-score knife approach. Be very careful on the first few passes,
then put some muscle into it. If you're paranoid, clamp two metal
straight edges the width of the blade apart, so the knife can't
accidentally wander into unintended areas.
