[sdiy] Cutting PCBs

I would not try that with a paper cutter that I paid for 

(maybe I can borrow yours ??? :^)

The fiberglass will trash any cutting edge very quickly. I'd invest
in a sheet metal shear ($$$) if I was going to cut any quantity.
even that will have the blade dulled very quickly.
