[sdiy] Power-one supply setup question

I bought a Power One power supply (HCC 15-3A) from allied a while
back. I'm ready to set it up, but the instructions that come with it
are less than clear. There's three sets of output terminals: one
labelled  -Out and -S; one labelled +S, COM and -S; and the last set
is +Out and +S. Do the DC output wires go to the -Out and +Out
terminals, with ground going to COM, or do I need to connect all
terminals in each group before connecting the output wires (-S to
-Out, for example)?
