[sdiy] Tip for knobs on paperwork (e.g. from Cosmo)

Hi,

a tip for those who got knobs on paperwork (e.g. the 760x from Cosmo
usually ship that way):

It is recommended to get them of the paperwork as soon as possible. 
After some time this will become hard and you'll need to use a hair 
dryer or something similar (use it from the paperboard side, don't it 
directly to the knobs!).
