[sdiy] Cutting PCBs

I'd try a coping saw. It has a very thin blade and a big frame
that can fit around quite a depth of board, more than a hacksaw could.
Get a fine tooth blade.  (I use this, or a bandsaw)
 
Its a hand tool (not-powered) and sometimes is also called "jigsaw"
as well.

Dremel with a cutoff wheel or fine circular saw will work too...

Drill many closely-spaced holes ???
