[sdiy] Cutting PCBs

I had exactly the same problem. I used a model makers saw called an Xacto
Razor Saw, this cut fine line esailt. Prior to cutting a I scribed a line on
the board with a carbide tipped scriber. In my case, I did a carefuil
scribe on both sides, and once partially cut., it broke away easily.
