For me it was a complete waste of time. A long time ago I tried using their PCB stuff under Windows 9X. Crashed so much I couldn't do a circuit board with it.
If you are interested in free code for PCBs on Windows I'd suggest looking at tinyCad and freePCB. Haven't turned out any boards with it but I've played with it and it seems reasonable. Like any PCB programs you will probably have to tweak it in doing symbols and setting up packages and stuff.
Right now I'm in the process of transitioning off Windows to Linux so I'm not spending much time on learning tinyCad and freePCB.
