Well, it's only 2 voices right now, but it _works_...

This synth uses the digital waveguide mechanics I worked out for the
monosynth.  I decided to work on polyphony before the SDRAM.  There's
enough block RAM in this FPGA to expand this to 6 strings.  I learned one
way to share a multiplier in my IIR filter and then to share the filter
too!  Woohoo all over the place.
