It wasn't too bad really.
The binder could punch 15 sheets at a time, so it took 6 punches for each
manual.
Once you have a system, you can get quite quick at it.
Worked out at about 2 minutes per manual.
Even allowing for my labour costs, it was cheaper than the bureau prices,
and if you do it in otherwise dead time - waiting for a compiler build for
example - it doesn't really cost you anything.
