[sdiy] FPGA Physical String Model Monosynth Code Posted

An FPGA MIDI Monosynth based on the Karplus-Strong single delay line string
model with movable pickup.  The pickup is connected to the modulation
wheel.  3.5 octaves.  There can be a little bit of noise when moving the
wheel, this is caused by dirty RAM.
