[sdiy] DIYing a fixed filter bank YUSYNTH

Hi all

I have added a new module to my yusynth project,
it's a fixed filter bank. You will find the building information at :

It's not a beginner's project though, it uses a large number of parts.
Due to this large number there may be some mislabelled parts in the list 
of components. Should you find a mistake please let me know it.
