I missed the original post but sine wave oscillator cheap.
a. wein bridge, pretty clean and cheap, frequency components two resistors 
and two capacitors.
b. twin T, can be a little fussy, frequency components three resistors and 
three capacitors.
c. phase shift, not as clean, frequency components four resistors and three 
capacitors.


If you want to create a fundamental frequency with 64 overtones, you could 
use Walsh Functions to produce rectangular waves, then combine the weighted 
Walsh values to create harmonically related sine waves. Or, use the 
rectangular waves directly.
