Not in the UK! Whilst Australians probably do complain if things  
aren't right, the buttoned-up Brits still often just go 'tut-tut'  
under their breath and do nothing about it for fear of drawing  
attention to themselves!

I get off lightly because my partner is Portuguese, a country where  
arguing loudly about the appalling service is practically a national  
sport ;)

Cultural differences aside, Paul's point still stands - you can  
pretty much always find someone who is disgruntled about something on  
the internet.
