Has anybody tried these folks?
http://www.pcbex.com/
They offer up to 20 square inches at $10 each (up to 100 square inches at
$43 each) if you can live with a 10-day turn time. FR4, 1oz Cu, solder mask
both sides and silk-screen one side. Other options and multi-layers up to 8
available for extra $$$. Their boards are HASL plated and therefore
non-ROHS. They require files to be zipped Gerber 274X format, what ever
that is. They're located in Houston, TX.
