Very nice! The US-centric aspect is kinda hard to avoid, yet it so completely
skews the results for us furriners. Frex, one of the suppliers mentioned
a few days ago, ships ONLY by UPS, which means that for us sorry Canucks
there's also a disbursement fee, a COD fee, a customs brokerage fee of
$32 (unless it's gone up even more), the 14% tax, and probably a fuel
surcharge fee just because UPS can get away with it. Oh, and then there
will be taxes on top of all of the fees, too. All this is above and beyond
the quoted shipping fee of $45.
Unless the supplier is GIVING the boards away, it's probably worth it
for Canadians to stick with APC. They only ship by FedEx, but at least
it's domestic shipping and the surprise trans-border whammies don't apply.
