[sdiy] Where do I go to have PCBs made?

"panelized" normally means, you have one small design & it is sent to the
PCB plant where they make a bunch on the one large board. Then they either
let you cut them up, or cut them themselves, or put a groove between the
identical sections & let you snap them off when needed.

In my experience, PCB companies are OK with a whole bunch of separate PCB
designs on one big board, provided you do all the cutting yourself, and the
PCB file sent to them contains all the boards. It has to look and feel and
in fact BE, a single PCB file.

What nobody will go for (in my experience) is, a bunch of different designs
that then have to be individually cut out by them.

I might say, if price is a serious matter, then there is no alternative to
Bulgaria & Asia. Just trawl googlegroups for diy pcb for leads.
And the robot DIYers have plenty of experience.
But if speed is the essence, and you have a job, then PC Express or
whatever.
