[sdiy] Where do I go to have PCBs made?

Can you explain what "depanelize" means. I presume that a "paneled"
board is one where you've taken several small designs and placed then
on a larger board. It's clear from this thread that not everyone
"alllows" that, although, for simple designs it's not clear to me how
they could really tell.

So what I would expect is that a paneled board would come back with
several small designs on each board separated by either ground plane
or simply some amount of space?
