is what i did (you can see the couple of sealed lead acids lurking in the
back of the case). I havent used that setup for, well, years, but i cant
remember there being issues other than the standard doepfer related ones
(noisy lfo leds etc)
Those batteries are smaller than those you are proposing, but they worked.
I cant see any logical reason that there would be any issues with your
suggestions, but im certainly not one of the smart ones about here : )
