[sdiy] Where do I go to have PCBs made?

I agree. This thread has been very helpful. Is there a good library of
synth-diy type parts for any of the schematic layout/pcb software? It
would sure be nice if all of the standard synth type parts were
available and we didn't have to reinvent the wheel.
