[sdiy] Where do I go to have PCBs made?

Doug,

About seven years a go a fellow that did some contract work for the company I worked for had a unit like this. Can't remember the brand or model. Unless it was something simple he'd usually send boards out still.

While it did what it was suppost to it ended up being a very expensive way of making boards. There were two issues. First was the cost. Turns out the machine he had would go through quite a few router and drill bits which cost a fair amount of money. Second issue was that you still didn't have plated through holes even though you could do 2 sided boards. It took a lot of work filling all the holes with wire and soldering them.
