i for one would buy such a PCB if you needed people to go in on a 
volume deal with you.

yes i could spend lots of weekends doing the breadboard thing, but i 
just don't have the time available for even that much DIY at the 
moment.

Advanced Circuits is another option for PCBs. i think they have a 
cheap first-order deal or something like that. their service is 
probably as good as anyone else's, but beware, they will pester you 
via email and even phone.
