That's the layout that's also on Ray Wilson's website. I modified it
slightly to include the unfiltered output and volume pots as well.

With that layout, the 40106 maps pins 1,2,3,4,5,6 for the first
oscillator, and 13,12,11,10,9,8 (respectively) for the second.
