I have a perfect condition, Analog Devices bound book "1992 Amplifier 
Applications Guide", over 250 pages, large format (8.5 x 11in). Even though it 
uses AD op amps for the examples, 99% of the time the circuit is not dependent 
on *that* particular op amp. Lots of schematics, equations, diagrams. The book 
is fairly heavy (3.5lbs). Covers audio, DC noise calculations, filters, preamps, 
etc.
