A friend of mine who is working as en electronics tech. at a university lab asked me i i wanted to look at "some old crap" before it was dumped.
In a small cardboard box was a number of littele plastic bags with what i believe is different matched transistor pairs from ancient times.
All of them are metal can transistors with 6 pins, some of them i know, and know are interesting, but i would like to hear if anyone knows if any of these are usefull in a synth context :
MAT 01 probably interesting
MD 7002
2C 415
2V 435
uA 726 probably interesting , one bag of 10 marked " meassured - selected" (in danish :-) )
LM 394 probably interesting
AD 832
Some have date codes from 1974
Would any of these be usabele as substitutes for MAT02 / 04 in synth work ?
Also :
Some AD 136 power (Ge ??) transistors
Some Burr Brown DAC708KH DAC's
a few 2n4302 and 2n4303 transistors (Minimoog ???)
Mikael
