Sorry about forgetting you John!   I actually have circuit boards from 
Midwest Analog Products, and didn't mention them since MAP is gone.... I 
forgot the E-Drum cookbook is still around.  I own a tattered old 
spiral-bound copy and recommend it for anyone new to drum ciruits
