[sdiy] Yamaha SY-2

Thank you to everyone who replied regarding the SY-2. I will be
receiving mine (in some need of repair) in a few weeks. Hopefully the
problem with the pulse wave output will turn out to be in the external
components and not in the epoxied modules!
