[sdiy] SCI Pro-One problem (audio leaks to CV or something)

I forgot a couple of things:

I've also tried to remove all the other incoming CV's (desoldered one 
end of the resistors) to the CV mixer except for the signal coming from 
cutoff pot (which was verified to be ok). Thus, the noise seems to be 
coming from the -15V line. I also tried to feed the -15V input resistor 
straight from the output pin of the regulator with a jumper cable 
without success.
