[sdiy] Half circles with Schaeffer Front Panel Designer?

Found some nfo on sxlist,

http://www.sxlist.com/techref/language/pcl/lj1881.asc

Looks like : PD;AR0,100,180,90;PA;  saved to a .plt file works if I 
rotate it 90deg.
