If you where doing the trash in that building, either you would ask if it
really was trash, and if you got affirmative you would put it in the trunk of
your car.

If a more normal cleaning guy does it, it will end up in the dumpster, he would
just see a cardboardbox full of junk and handle it properly.

Such is life, and you need to handle it accordingly.
