[sdiy] Digest options and/or general rules for signing in/out sdiy

Hello,

I was wondering if someone post some short instructions (or a link) for:
- signing in / out sdiy
- suspend the subscription to sdiy
- activate a "digest" for sdiy (i.e.: one e-mail per day containing all the 
messages of the day before)
