[sdiy] CV buffer

What about a FET input, high slew rate op-amp with the rails large 
enough so that you have a few volts headroom +/- your source signal, in 
a non inverting buffer, super simple. Shouldn't be a horror story with 
some of the very high impedance amps out there.
