[sdiy] CV buffer

I need to build a buffer so I can spread a single CV out to multiple
destinations without cross pollination on the output side.  I'd just do a
quick opamp buffer but I remember reading horror stories on this list of
tiny errors being added.

Any suggestions on a stable way to do this without adding noticable error?
