You could do this with a couple of VCAs with the right transfer 
functions for the control inputs. I did this in my neural agonizer. 
You'd only need a regular 100K pot (not a dual pot, and not 
centre-tapped). But it adds a considerable amount of circuitry, which 
you may not want.
