So if I want to reply to one person, I have to hit "reply-all" and delete 
everybody else?  Not logical, captain.  Your "reply" and "reply-all" 
choices don't seem to be any different, since the original poster is on the 
list.

Well, it's your decision, of course.  But I think there is a *lot* of off 
list business going on, and for many good reasons.  So why shouldn't we be 
able to do it easily with a simple choice?
